It is an affordable, ecologically responsible and stylish home that is close to the City and provides hands-on examples of more sustainable ways of designing, building and living.

Unlike other similar demonstration homes in WA, the Sustainable Mandurah Home was the first to be specifically designed as a replicable project and display home that you can buy off the plan. More cost-effective, environmentally-sensitive design and living is becoming a core part of our lives in Mandurah.

To celebrate there will be mini presentations, a variety of product displays and information, as well as the usual guided tours of the Home.

Sustainable Mandurah Home normal opening hours are:

Saturday and Sunday from 1- 5pm, and Wednesday from 2 – 4pm
